Providing regular training to our staff in all aspects of quality, safety, health and environmental care, reliability at the core of all aspects of our business and strive for continuous improvement. Establishing a frame work for fast and east adaptation to changing industry trends and requirements. Communicating that quality is the responsibility of every employee and every function. Guidelines for Implementation To reach the above described objectives guidelines are applied to assure that our quality policy is realized Persons at all levels are aware of the necessity to reach a high quality standard for our Products and/or services. All internal processes are subject to continuous improvement in order to reach shorter through-put times, avoid unnecessary costs and improve quality. Each year, We set enhanced quality objectives. Courses and on job training ensure the reach ability of these goals. The design of our products is based on well substantiated market analysis and is aimed to meet our customers’ requirements for first class performance, highest quality, best possible user friendliness and optimal costs over the entire product lifetime. Our suppliers are our partners. We share with them our know- how to enable them to meet our quality requirements at all times.

OUR GOAL: ZERO ACCIDENT

Safety is a value that is fundamental to our culture. Our zero accidents philosophy helps put our safety performance right at the top of the industry. At our company we believe that every accident and therefore every injury is Preventable. We embed that philosophy into every FLC project through a combination of technical field procedures and ongoing training programs. Every employee has stop- work authority-if it’s not safe, don’t do it. We also ask our subcontractors and partners to adopt our commitment to safety and health. The result is exceptional safety performance, even in hazardous work environments, severe weather, and remote locations. Our dedication to safety helps keep workers safe and it also pays off for our customers. Their operating costs go down and productivity goes up because less time is lost to accidents. And our people go home to their families safely at the end of each day. Project management ties together all activities on a project.
